Every rating in EatOutLog describes the dish — taste, value, appearance, texture, and whether it was cooked the way it should have been. A slow table, a distracted server, or a noisy dining room never factors in. If the kitchen got the food right, that's what the rating shows, regardless of how the rest of the visit went.
